Once home to Shakespeare's Granddaughter, Nash's House sits alongside New Place where Shakespeare died in 1616, now preserved as a picturesque garden space. The site boasts a splendid Elizabethan-style knot garden, both and yew hedges, beautiful flower beds and borders and an ancient mulberry tree claimed to be cutting from one which Shakespeare had planted. An exciting exhibition of Shakespeare Complete Works opens at Nash's House in May 2006.
Opening Times: Nov-March: Mon-Sun: 11am-4pm.
April-May & Sep-Oct: Mon-Sun: 11am-5pm.
Jun-Aug: Mon-Sat: 9:30am-5pm, Sun 10am-5pm. Closed Dec 23-26 inclusive
Prices: Adult, child concession and family tickets available for all five and single house visits.
